Voices of impact
What our community says.
Real words from the veterans, law enforcement officers, and families whose lives have been touched by PayN 4Ward.
I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Pay N 4ward for putting together such a wonderful event for veterans this past Saturday. Events like this mean so much to our veterans and to the community. It was truly a blessing to see people come together to show their appreciation, support, and respect for those who have served our country. I would also like to give a special thank-you to our sponsor, MTN OPS IHYDRATE, for their generous contribution and support. Your kindness and willingness to give back helped make this event even more special, and your contribution is truly appreciated. Thank you, Pay n 4ward, for your generosity, kindness, and dedication to giving back. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and the positive impact you make in the lives of veterans and their families is truly appreciated. Thank you again to everyone who made this event possible and for showing our veterans that they are valued, appreciated, and never forgotten! Keep up the amazing work!

At just 19 years old, I left home in Philadelphia to answer the call of duty, proudly serving my country in the U.S. Navy and deploying to Vietnam. After four years of service, I returned home, but like so many of my brothers-in-arms, the invisible wounds of war followed me back. For many years, I battled the demons of drug and alcohol addiction born from my time in Vietnam. Through sheer resilience and strength, I fought my way out of the darkness. In April 2026, at the age of 70, I was selected to join fellow veterans from Vietnam and other eras on an all-expense paid retreat to Costa Rica, hosted by PayN 4Ward. It took 50 years, but I finally received something I had been denied all those decades ago; a heartfelt, genuine Welcome Home. With tears, I shared that I truly felt blessed, not only to be a surviving Vietnam veteran, but to live long enough to experience such profound camaraderie and healing. Thanks to PayN 4Ward, my story is one of honor, and hard-earned peace.

PayN 4Ward sponsored a wonderful fishing trip I experienced in late April and early May 2026. What an unexpected and deeply meaningful gift given to a group of Vietnam Veterans. I served 19 months in Vietnam. Like so many, I returned to a country deeply divided by the war. Unlike earlier conflicts, we were not welcomed home with parades, celebrations, or words of gratitude, no thank you for your service. We were - met with silence, indifference, or even hostility. Many of us kept our experiences to ourselves, quietly carrying our memories and emotional wounds for years. That is why this gift from PayN 4Ward meant so much to me. The sponsored veterans met in San Jose, Costa Rica, before traveling together to the beautiful Crocodile Bay Resort. Their staff treated us like royalty. The fishing was unforgettable – I even caught a sailfish! Special thank-you to Ron Green for everything he did to make this dream come true.
